Absolutely incredible. Booked the hotel on the day of checking in due to original hotel not meeting expectations. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We even got upgraded to a suite which was so kind of them. Amazing location only 15 min walk to the centre. Located right next to the Piazza cavour so extremely safe. Couldn’t recommend this hotel and chain enough. Stayed in their hotel in Milan and it was equally as good.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for the first time, and we were so pleased with our stay! We were upgraded to a junior suite upon arrival. The room was so spacious and clean. We even had our own balcony. This hotel is so close to everything and walkable distance to many of the tourist attractions. The breakfast offered was delicious. We will be back!

I was just a guest for one night at this hotel. When I checked in, I was given a standard room. While it was comfortable, the a/c unit was malfunctioning. I called the reception and asked to have a technician come up to repair the unit. Michelle at the Front Desk was sympathetic and very helpful. She immediately offered me another room. As it turned out, the other room was an upgrade: comfortable, beautiful suite with separate bedroom and living areas and large private balcony. I want to thank Michelle for her outstanding and attentive service which made my stay very enjoyable.

We hosted an event with around 40 people at the NH Collection Roma Giustiniano and were delighted by the service and attention to detail provided by the hotel (and in particular the Events team). Everything was as discussed and apart from the conference room being slightly noisy due to not fully being sound-proofed, all went well. A big thanks to Cristina who was amazing and very present which helped a lot in case of any questions. In addition to this, we had amazing hotel rooms where we could relax after a full day of work! And the breakfast was delicious! Thanks again for everything!
