We were a group of 24 people in this hotel for 4 days. Everything was perfectly organized. The rooms, reception, dinner, aperitif. Lucy, together with her colleagues, did a great job in the restaurant + bar. Bea Hinsch gave a great support from the Groups & Event Management department. Good value for money.The service and atmosphere were excellent. For us a reason to return to this hotel with a group when we visit Hamburg again.

Went here on a trip with my partner. The hotel is equipped with state of the art facilities which makes the stay very comfortable. The staff was very attentive and even prepared a small present for our stay. The hotel is located near public transportation and all important locations in Hamburg are accessible within 20 minutes.

It is a very nice hotel with parking available. The rooms are modern and very cleaned. I liked the incentive to give you a free drink at the bar if you decided you didn't want your room cleaned. I had a problem because I forgot my work headphones and I called them and the Housekeeping Manager, Salome Agbemadon helped me and was in charged of everything and sent them to my home and even sent me some sweets. Delighted with the service of this hotel. I recommend this places 100%. Also this hotel is well communicated with motorway and it was perfect for us to drive to the north of Hamburg.

Hotel was in general good, apart from the rooms not being decently sound proof from other guests. I have one very important safety comment and hope any manager sees my comment to work on it to protect others from being hurt. I parked in the hotel underground parking garage, all parking spots had a metallic step that was not completely obvious to those who have parked.. as soon as i was leaving the parking space i tripped and hit my hand to the concrete wall which ended up being hairline fractured. I wish they would take extra measures to make sure this doesn't happen to others.
