My niece and I enjoyed our two-night stay in mid January. Friendly front desk staff, smallish but very clean rooms with crisp linens, and an outstanding breakfast buffet! Would recommend!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel while visiting Madrid, Spain. We were extremely happy with our stay. The staff went above and beyond to help us, the rooms were very clean, & the breakfast was 10/10. I will say the AC doesn’t work well, but that wasn’t a problem for us since it was cool out. I would take that into consideration if you’re planning to stay during warmer months. Other than that, it was wonderful!

Really good location, rooms are small but very clean & nice. Amazing service at the front desk. My favorite part was the breakfast so good. Definitely coming back if made it to Madrid in the future.

Nice hotel near the ventas bull ring. The rooms are well equipped and big enough, the bathroom has a lot of extras such as body lotion, shampoo, hair dryer and bath tub. If you have a room to the street it is not very silent. There was a lot of activity during night. Wifi is for free, but only low bandwith. On order to make video conferences you will have to pay extra. I was also missing a simple free bottle of water. The location is 15 min walk from the next metro station. So if you have a lot of luggage that could be a problem. The breakfast is fantastic and one of the best I ever had. Prices are quite high.

This hotel is very average for a 4-star hotel. Pros: - The bar & terrace: very pleasant and welcoming, with different kinds of tables and seats to choose from. - The pool (although it opens only at 11 am...). - Green apples and infused water at disposal at the reception. Cons: - The AC in the room is not adjustable. It is set by default at a random temperature that's not even the one displayed (22°C). During full heat wave we had to open the window in order to be able to breath and barely sleep! - Despite the pictures of the rooms displayed, there is no coffee machine, not even an electric kettle! There is a coffee machine at the reception, but only available between 5-7 am. So if you want a coffee or a tea at any other time you have to pay the full bar price. - One day the lifeguard was 1.5h late so they didn't open the pool. Plenty of people were waiting in full heat in front of the pool's door and the staff didn't even address the slightest apology, explanation, not to mention a glass of something! What kind of guests treatment is that?? - Generally the staff has an unfriendly and unpleasant attitude. All in all, this hotel does not live up to the expectations of 4-stars hotel! There are many others in Madrid where, for slightly the same price, you don't get all these inconveniences.
