Beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff, a little outside of the center of Munich but RIGHT across from a bus stop so we didn’t feel limited at all. Highly recommend staying here your next time in Munich!!!

I wanted a room with a bathtub, so I booked one on the booking app, based on the photos. I still wanted to make sure that the bathtub was really there, so I asked the hotel 3 times in the messages. 2 times they replied with the copy-pasted text with no answer to my question. 3rd question was completely ignored. As it was close to the moment, when the cancellation would not be possible anymore, I called them. And they told that there were no bathtub, because there are just "general photos". I asked: "so the photos don't match real rooms?", and they said "no". I am disappointed. Update. To the owner's answer I can only friendly offer you to check the conversation, where you ignored this question 3 times. Then you can also listen to a call recording from 18:26 December 22, to find out your employee's opinion on the topic.

The restaurant had not prepared to offer the reserved dishes at all, so we were asked to change to have buffett, but the refill had been slow, and a few trays even ran out of food. By the way, the taste in general was marginal. One coffee machine went out of service, so people had to line up for the other one, it took me 10 minutes to get a cup of espresso. Tab beer at the bar was good. Fitness room was primitive, with only 4 equipments and no treadmill. Room was clean, but the direction to get to the rooms was unclear and confusing.

Well this hotel is great value for money. Being categorized as a 4 Star is an overstatement. It's not even a fair contest to compare this one with a 4 star in Turkey or Dubai. It's not fair. However, you get what you expect. The little hallway pass the entrance door, the room itself and the bathroom are spacious. Service is ok and you get a BONUS drink if you skip room cleaning. It's not located very far away from the city centre and in the proximity of a bus station and subway. Nothing spectacular about it, but GREAT value for money! On the sunny days a cold lemonade is expecting you in the lobby entrance, which is cool!
