The room itself was good, clean hotel, and mediocre breakfast but, the customer service was absolutely atrocious, two days ago I went to the reception and asked for an extension of one more night, the hotel receptionist checked her computer and said “ok no problem”, then fast forward to today I was out with my family I got a call saying that I need to evict the room as there were guests waiting and it’s past the checkout time, I told her that I spoke to the receptionist for an extension, she responded in aggressive manner, I’ve never been this disrespected by a hotel, I advise anyone to consider this before booking. I have never been subjected to such negative situation from any hotel around the world but this time I had to write my experience for the others to put it into their consideration for their future plans.

Stayed at this hotel for 8 nights after my gf and I had rhinoplasty and it was the best decision we made, they really went above and beyond to accommodate for us especially after surgery. No matter what time of the day or night we needed hotel staff they were there to assist us in all our needs. Our Turkish breakfast every morning was amazing, couldn’t wait for 8am! The cleaners were on point with their cleaning and friendliness but there was one cleaner who really stood out from the rest “HAYRIYE” was so polite, friendly, respectful & caring! Our room always looked 100% after she cleaned it, which is why we’ve decided to refer this hotel to all our family & friends As well as stay here every year! Best location to stay as it’s surrounded by the Turkish community, Mediterranean Sea, restaurants, cafes, shops, everything you could ever imagine is all a 2 minute walk away. Yes there is a mosque directly across the road but listening to the 5 prayers a day over the speaker was so calming and beautiful, it was such an amazing experience being in the heart of a Turkish community and feeling apart of the community We can’t wait to return next year Love from Sydney, Australia 🇦🇺
