I booked a 1 night stay here before heading to Mae Rim. Heard that this hotel is run by a family. The hotel standards are really above my expectation. Rooms are upstairs and just on one floor and room is big and smells great. Bathroom is also very clean with lovely tiles. American Standard toilet and basin. Comfort level is great and I don’t mind staying here for a week or two as parking is also convenient and just 100 meters from night market!

During our 6 weeks in Chiang Mai this was our 3rd accommodation and we (couple from Germany) both couldn't recommend it highly enough. We extended our stay here 4 times because we felt so comfortable here. The whole hotel is spotless clean. The location is perfect. The rooms have everything you need. A big comfy bed, a good working AC, a large desk, a cupboard, a hot shower with good water pressure and really everything is clean and looks quite new. It is also really quiet and we never had a problem sleeping at night. And a special thanks goes to the staff working there. Everybody we met there were sooo friendly and helpful. They went out and beyond when we asked to extend our stay even it was high season during Christmas and New Year. We both are really going to miss them and the hotel. For us this was a really a lucky strike and this would be by far the place we would love to stay again if we're in Chiang Mai again.

On our two month trip through the northern part of Thailand this was by far our favourite place to stay. The hotel is conveniently located in the Old Town in Chiang Mai. On sundays you stumble directly into the walking street as soon as you leave the hotel. The location is very calm, but still not far away from all the sights. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and 7/11 stores just a stones throw away. The rooms themselves are very tastefully decorated and what’s most important for us they are perfectly clean. The rooms are equipped with everything you need. We also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. The fresh fruit and eggs are delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate us longer than initially intended, even during high season. Thanks again for having us, when we return to Chiang Mai we will be more than happy to stay again.

Hotel is in a great location close to many temples and a block away from the crowded Sunday night market. Our room was good but the mattress was incredibly hard. It bothered us at first but eventually we got used to it. The smart TV had potential but unfortunately it wasn’t connected to the internet. Mostly Thai TV channels but a few international ones as well. Good inverter A/C unit that put out lots of cold air. Hotel provides 2 complimentary bottles of water per day. Wifi was a bit shaky. Fantastic housekeeping staff. Also wanted to thank manager Eed and staff members Noi and Pinky for their outstanding service. Super kind folks!
