A good place to stay. Only downside is absence of lift (elevator). Our room was on top floor having balcony. Nicely decorated.

My husband and I loved this place. We spent 3 nights there and got upgraded with a room with 2 beds and so we slept comfortably in both beds, one each! This place’s just convenient and suited us well. We didn’t have to see any staff at all times and we loved it. We stayed there pretty much all day as the air quality in Chiang Mai during our stay was really bad. But we didn’t have a problem of hanging out in the room as it’s spacious. We could walk around and so on. By the way, we didn’t hear any noisy bar at nighttime like other reviews said. Maybe the bar’s out of business? We’re not sure. We didn’t have Netflix either. We only saw cable TV which had 68 channels in room, which was good enough, and we both have our own Netflix accounts, so we’re not bothered.

We booked room number 1 (2 king size beds, 1 private bathroom, private kitchen and living room). The room is very clean, super new and nicely decorated. The location is great (at the heart of the city) and there is a nice burger shop right beside the hotel. The staff are also friendly and helpful!

Nice spacious rooms: 2 king-sized beds, living room with sofa, TV with netflix, dining table, pantry and shower. Good location at trendy Nimman area, not too far from Old City. Plenty of establishments nearby for food, drinks, cafes, hanging out or massage. Beast Burger that's beside it highly recommended. For how spacious it is, I recommend it for groups of friends, as it'll be cozy to spend time together in the living room area.
