I've stayed at Nippon Hotel for three nights only, but I would recommend the hotel to everyone. The staff is very kind amd profesional. They allowed me to have a late checkout without additional fee and gave me a gift when I was leaving the hotel. In addition I had a breakfast in the room which was perfectly selected. Really flexible and easy going people. Thank you for the great service!

Nippon Hotel is one of the best hotels I've stayed for years. They have the best hospitality and very welcoming staff. They surprised me by a birthday 🎂, and a gift when i checked out. Thanks, guys, i highly recommend you

Convenient location accessible to the Metro and the airport shuttle bus. Very friendly staff in the hotel. Breakfast has huge amount of choices. The room we stayed is clean but the plug of the sink is dysfunctional. The glass curtain of the shower is not convenient (or dangerous), especially for senior people. The only bad experience we had was that when we standing at the door step of the hotel, one of their door men called a taxi (by phone) for us. The taxi came very quickly (within one minute). When we got in the taxi, the driver refused to turn on the meter, and did not speak any English. We ask him to take us to the Grand Bazaar, but he dropped us in another Bazaar in the rain and asked us for 300 TL, which is way higher than normal fare. Just be aware this kind of scams.
