I have been coming back to this resort for the past 20 years. The whole resort is still well kept, with lots of greenery and a clean environment. Good food (a bit pricey since target groups are us tourists). Strongly recommend the Spiece Restaurant, must have for our every visit. Good service and very friendly staff. Service standard well kept throughout the years.

Great service, friendly staff, beautiful n clean place. Stayed with my family. The rooms were spacious with garden view. Quite & cosy..food option was great too. The only disappointment was the beach was not clean..so we couldn't enjoy swimming in the beach. The rest was worth the money spent.

Good place to stay in Bintan Island. The resort is very big. It has big swimming pool. Some good restaurants. We can bike around the resort. During our short stay, we only stayed and strolled around this area, and didn't go to the city.

Spend your money somewhere else. Staff is nice, beach is beautiful and breakfast is pretty great. However we had a really bad room in need of renovation, with something wrong with the AC and high humidity where water was running down the walls and gathering on the floor. Everything we owned was absolutely soaking when packing up. Food selection and quality in and around the hotell was quite low. They treated the horses horrible where they were tied up in a very unnatural and painful position to make them tired for the tours.
