It was an amazing trip, the staff was also super super professional and so warm and friendly. You'll never catch them frowning. Always greeting you and ready to help when needed. It's a peaceful beautiful place to have a short get away.

We had a great time 1-2 weeks ago, especially the staff service was great. We went for the celebration package, and got nice surprises on the dinner set up and deco in the room. Fun filled lagoon with various activities to be engaged with, food in the restaurant is consider decent, the satay is really good. Only downside was power trip on one of the night due to heavy down pour but it came back about 10mins later. Is very near to the ferry terminal and you can explore eateries externally if you are keen.

Rooms are excellent. Well designed and all amenities provided. Outdoor shower very refreshing. Service very good, staff very attentive and helpful. Have to be patient explaining though, as there’s a bit of translation loss. The water kid facilities are insanely expensive (like 3-4x Sing prices), Marriott should buy them over and run them themselves (at a reasonable rate). Also, there’s no grab so stuck with hotel transport services, which is insanely expensive (30 sgd for 5 min ride). So ok for 1-2 night stay, but would have nothing to do after that (at reasonable cost).

Not terrible but feels significantly overpriced for the hard product. Service is very friendly but this place gets busy and overrun with large families keen to maximise every convenience. Both nights we stayed the neighbouring resort had some kind of outdoor rave on with extremely loud music. As you are staying in tents with no sound proofing this is a problem. The breakfast was the biggest shortfall. The staff just couldn't keep up with the seagulls swarming every food station. Almost everything was constantly empty and as soon as any food was replenished there was an instantaneous swarm. Overall would have been fine if half the price.

The resort has been nothing but amazing . Every staff member was friendly and exceptionally on the ball. Food & drinks were great and value for money. Special thanks to Regar, who decorated the room for the birthday celebration and hotel team to send a cake to celebrate. Pick up from the ferry terminal was convenient and quick too. Resort was 5 mins away filled with activities. Personally would recommend renting the escooter and riding around ! Staff working for the water activities were friendly and welcoming which was really nice to see. Overall, absolutely great experience and wished we stayed longer to enjoy the hospitality.
