I wouldn’t bother booking, can get more value for your money elsewhere, overpriced for that it is, 2 stars at best unfortunately. Wi-Fi is no good, you will have to connect through their number if you don’t have a Turkish number and will constantly disconnect itself. Staff have no control over this. A/C didn’t work in our room, they had to them control it from reception. The spa bath “Jacuzzi” is meh, not powerful or great, not worth the upgrade. Room service and reception was nice and room cleaning was excellent.

It was literally the most traumatising experience of my life. We booked the room for 4 Nights and left after 1. The rooms were dirty and moist. Non of the power outlets were working. We stayed at the ground floor which meant that we had to listen to every single conversation that the people who were staying there were having. Even if it’s 3 in the morning. We didn’t have sheets to sleep in. The rooms smelled like cigarettes and the toilet paper was moist. There was a shooting in the middle of the night in front of the hotel which was still the least scary thing that happened there. This is a “hotel” for simply non married couples who need a place to have there affair’s. A borderline brothel. Do not stay there.

I stayed 6 days at this suite with my sisters and I have to recommend this suite/hotel to anyone coming into Istanbul! I enjoyed my stay here and I would come back again. I found nearly all receptionists friendly and polite and very helpful. The first thing you look at is the cleanliness in the rooms and it was clean, couldn’t find a fault. Love the fact that they have a small kitchen, allowing you to make any drinks and store beverages in the fridge. Bed and sofa were all comfortable. Bathroom/toilet clean and tidy. Any time I asked for anything the staff were quick to respond. Rooms were cleaned when asked and cleaned good in my opinion. Location is fairly quiet, with a few supermarkets round the corner which comes in handy when you need to buy anything. My whole experience there was excellent. Thank you for making our stay and holiday in Istanbul worth it.
