For the price you pay, a really good clean hotel. Great customer service. Cannot fault it when we just needed a night to stay because of our early flight.

Sauna is not included in your stay (what you would expect for this price), this won't be mentioned to you before you will get to SPA wrapped in a towel just to learn first that sauna is closed and then there is a fee to use it. Guests are not allowed in the hotel for some reason as well which is also a bit strange, compared to other places. There are better places to stay in Istanbul for this price for sure.
