Absolutely a total shock... Receptionist friendly but doesnt speak english. No elevator for our luggage. A broken table on the terrace, no lid for the kettle for some tea... and so humid on the walls that the paint is peeling off. The tv was not working either so my husband fixed it. As for the parking... said private, well on the paviment like all the other local cars. After travelling for 12 hours, and exhausted, we would have expected just like the photo*s on booking .com. Not recommended!!!!

It looks nice but the built quality is pretty low. Service is also not at the highest level, compared to the price. For a 3 days stay, we did not have even one room cleaning or towels changed.

Excellent place! Comfortable, modern, near to center. Staff is very polite, nice, always there to help and they sort of give this place it's positive vibe. Recomened it if you are coming to Nis ❤
