This hotel is simply amazing and I always looked forward to my breakfast. The chef here makes amazing egg and her cake dessert was amazing! Do get the food service. In terms of the hotel, our bedding was changed on time and we got everything we requested. Location is fab, everything is close by and on non-hill area (in case you have arthritis). Thank you for making our experience so perfect!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at No 12 Hotel for what was initially planned as a 4-night stay. However, thanks to the hotel's exceptional location, impeccable service, and overall comfort, we decided to extend our stay for an additional 2 nights. Our 11 hours flight landed at the crack of dawn, and the hotel staff graciously allowed us to check in early since there was an available room. We booked for the triple room, which, though small, was remarkably clean and perfectly adequate for our needs as we set out to explore Istanbul. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast experience on the covered rooftop. Each morning, we indulged in a simple yet delicious breakfast while taking in breathtaking views of Istanbul with the cool morning breeze. The variety of items served for breakfast changed daily. The kitchen staff were not only sweet but also highly professional. However, the real standout aspects of No 12 Hotel are its unbeatable price and location. You're literally just 5-8 minutes away from all the historical sites, museums, and restaurants that Sultanahmet has to offer. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Istanbul!

Great service at No.12. Really nice rooms and location is perfect. Everything is convenient and close-by. Staff are extremely friendly, and Asla at No.12 makes the best coffee! Super welcoming and great conversationist.

We were really pleased with our stay at the No12 Hotel as it is a very nice hotel, modern , clean thank you Inga Hatixhe for your kidness and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in Sulthanahmet as it is just round the corner from the tram and the hop on/off on busses. The staff are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful . Thank you so much Han and the other boy who help us . Breakfast was good and have a great variety of options. They have also a private taxi avaible . Hope i see you again .

We recently had our trip and we made the best decision to book this hotel . Initial because of our fault we had some issues regarding booking but the hotel staffs were very friendly specially the receptionist Umit was very helpful ,they sorted everything out for us and made our stay very pleasant .The location is walking distance from main attractions also you can have a view of hagia sofia while eating from the rooftop restaurant.
