Absolutely beautiful hotel, everything about our stay was fantastic. The room was huge with lovely little touches to make the stay perfect. All staff were friendly and very helpful throughout. Spa was great with the best steam room I've ever used. Having the hotel cat wandering around made it feel so warm. If you want to treat yourself don't hesitate to stay here you won't regret it.

Absolutely outstanding. The food far outclassed anything I'd eaten before, as did the cocktails and the service. I had my wedding and reception here and the staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful, they really helped the day go smoothly and I cannot thank them enough. Stellar service, thank you so much.

Great hotel! Helpful, friendly staff..amazing spa and facilities and a great breakfast. Stylish decor and a great space at the rear (gardens) for the summer. What a view!

RCH is the nearest hotel to my home so drop in frequently in my way past. Have enjoyed it all here; Afternoon Tea, the Spa and Treatments (packages), and lunch and/or dinner in the restaurant (Montague's Mews). The service is always impeccable, staff are beyond friendly, helpful and superb at knowing what you need before you tend to know you need it. A beautiful backdrop for making memories with wonderful people.

I came last Friday for a half spa day with a friend, we both had the 1 hour in good spirits massage, from the moment my therapist greeted me the whole massage experience was not great. I then spoke to my friend about hers who could not of loved hers more, for the same treatment we had completely different experiences. I did raise my issue with reception who told me the manager would call me to talk through what my issues were. I had a missed call 30 minutes later (no voicemail left), to which I’ve rung back twice over the course of different days and still not had anyone call me back or have spoke to anyone. For a package that cost £160 per person, and something I don’t ever do, I’m was really disappointed in my treatment and since the general customer service I have had. The afternoon tea was great, unfortunately really let down by my therapist and since the aftercare.
