Very nice experience, However, for the price you would have expected more than just 'nice'. Staff were great. Rooms were decent but nothing overly special. Bar area was small considering the size of the hotel. I met some colleagues in the bar and we had to stand so only stayed for 1 drink before going out. A little over priced for what you get but the location is great. Paying more for the name.

It was a wonderful stay at the hotel, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I was able to have the concierge assist me in reserving a table at one of the busiest restaurants in London, and also helped me in booking few events. The check-in process was smooth and the room was available by 10 am. Upon check-out, i requested a late checkout and they went beyond their limits to make my stay enjoyable; i was able to get a complimentary smaller room till 4pm. I liked everything about the hotel, the lobby is amazing, breakfast is great, and the in room dining is also great. My stay was greeted with a smile from every single staff member. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Beware of the receptionist and the security, I came in tonight to visit my friend. The security stopped me at the lift and said if I was having problems with the lift? No good evening how can I help you nothing. Treated me like I was about to rob the place. Then the security escorted me to reception and the receptionist asked me for ID? I’m a visitor? I don’t need to show you ID. He was about to refuse me entry as this was a bar or something. Then he called my friends room and finally they let me in. I thought this hotel was known for the great service. I was treated like a criminal. I can’t believe this is how you treat your guests visitors. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a hotel before.

I've had the pleasure of staying at Nobu Portman Square on four occasions and it's always been an incredible experience. From check in - the staff are wonderful, very welcoming and accommodating. The doormen are brilliant, so kind and catering to any need when leaving or returning. The rooms are incredible. I can't express enough how much I love and recommend this place to anyone visiting London - who wants a tranquil experience in the heart of London.
