The manager Fyn was incredibly helpful, kind and positive. I didn’t meet such a person in Laos. The location of the guesthouse is great, close to the river and also to the night market. Breakfast was delicious and also served with a plate of fruits. Free coffee and tea. I would definitely stay again.

Had a great time staying here during Boun Ock Phansa. Great location, clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. I stayed 2 nights in a double bed room with ensuite (enormous bed) and 2 nights in a single room (fan only no AC, shared bathroom) when the other rooms were booked out. Both value for money depending on your budget. I slept fine without the AC , the fan did the job well. Breakfast included too with many options. Highly recommend, thanks for having me

GOOD - We rented room number 2.02 on the second floor. Strong new AC, room is nice and cold, strong well functioning ceiling fan, ridiculously small flat screen TV, comfy bed, nice pillows, nice hardwood, small bedside lamp, hot water, cheap price, private bathroom, toilet sink etc work just fine, bathroom fan okay, large lock box available, free coffee, hot water kettle available, very fast Wi-Fi, quiet neighborhood, pleasant reception, motorbike options available, breakfast included until 10:00 a.m. NEEDS IMPROVEMENT - staff entered our room without permission, no room service sign option available, they didn't take anything thankfully, The room could use some maintenance, handles, doors, different functions in the room falling apart or not working, bathroom has mold, windows do not have screens and poor designing doesn't allow for fresh breeze without bugs, there's not really anywhere to put your stuff so everything just hangs out on the floor, not enough surface area to put your bathroom items, shower belongings, anywhere in the room, poor lighting, AC directly above the pillows, AC filter dirty, cold air blowing on your head, horrific broken water pump noise all night all day! no insulation from outside noise, breakfast is so so It's a nice place for a few days but, if I were staying here for longer I would choose a different place

The staff in the hotel are very kindly, the location of the guesthouse is great, close to the river and 3 min in walking to the night market. The room a little bit small, relatively clean, and the beds are very comfortable. There is a lot of options for breakfast, and it was good, in addition they give a plate of fruits in addition to the dish. I recommend about this place
