Great location with very good transportation. Check in was quick, the staff was friendly. The room is on the smaller side just like anything in NYC, but clean, and had all amenities. Bathroom was good with great pressure. The bed was comfortable. Has a restaurant attached, used for breakfast, it was ok, bit pricey. Would stay again!

We just stayed here this week from Sat to Thurs and had a very nice stay. Amberly at the front desk was very nice and helpful, the room was clean, plenty of hot water, ample counter space in the bathroom, the continental breakfast was a good variety of Danish, fruits, yogurts, cereals, coffee and juices, the location is great and the subway is right out your door, Starbucks is very close by. Our room was quiet from the outside noises. My only negative is we had to wait over an hour at check-in. I would definitely stay here again.

Location was great right near a subway stop. The hotel was good provided everything we needed although we couldn’t check in at the allocated time as they “weren’t ready” which was pretty annoying considering we flew in at 6am NY time. The staff always seemed a bit disinterested to assist you and I had to chase them for updates on checking in, while waiting in the lobby. But otherwise the stay was good.

Decent sized rooms for NYC. Clean place with great water pressure and hot water shower!! Not super fancy but all furniture was in good shape and clean, and bathrooms have good amount of space on marble vanity to keep organized. Location was great for access to Little Italy, Soho, Tribeca and lower Manhattan financial districts, all in very comfortable walking distances. A block off Canal St. 10 minute walk to best Italian restaurants and 15 minute walk to the 911 memorial and Freedom Tower. Had a view of the Jenga building from our window. Service was impeccable!! Front desk staff and housekeeping were some of the best I've encountered (and i stay at a lot of hotels-diamond status for more than 10 years..) Restaurant attached (Botte) was very good, and you can charge meals to ur room. Step outside and to can view the freedom tower to the south and empire state building to the north. If you're a very light sleeper, I'd suggest high floor that wasn't facing the street as u can hear sirens otherwise. AC was very cold and heat was good also. Would definitely stay again.
