The location was pretty good, just a few stops on the metro from the heart of Los Condes, with the closest metro being a 5 minute walk from the apartments. I would not say however that I had a positive experience overall. It's clear the rooms have been recently renovated, but the construction is shoddy. We had issues with doors that wouldn't close properly when locked, squeaky cheap laminate floors (even squeaked when wearing socks) and elevators that were seldom working. Additionally, and probably most annoying we were provided with a single key to the apartment even though we rented a unit with 3 bedrooms and 4 beds. This meant that whenever we went out we had to coordinate between everyone to make sure whoever wanted to get in had a key, which was a huge hassle. I would comment on the pool, but it was consistently not open during posted hours, so that sucked. Overall I would not recommend.
