I love everything about this hotel! Small yet it has everything! Stayed here for 5days4night and very satisfied about almost everything. Beds are comfy, hotel also is very clean and smells so nice. The staff also extremely helpful, even help us to call Bolt (Thailand Grab), and always answer our questions. Plus point is since I’m a Muslim traveller, this hotel located in lane full of halal food. All of the foods are delicious and very cheap! Mosque also nearby. This hotel also near Platinum Mall & Pratunam Market (for shopping) & we went there thrice 😂 I love Bangkok and would definitely stay here again!

I really thought that I would love this place. Photos are what enticed me to book this accommodation. I'm so glad we only stayed a night here. From the moment we checked in, we didn't like the vibes of this place and their staff. We didn't feel welcome, and they were always just staring - just to name a few. Furthermore, with the encounter we had with a guard of their neighboring building where the grab dropped us off, it sealed our negative impression of this hotel and this neighborhood. Much rather book a hotel near the main road, not located in an alley or small street.

Love everything about this hotel: small but has everything it can offer. location is wonderful, phaya thai station connecting to suvarnabhumi airport and ratcathewi bts station are only walk-distance away. Major malls, supermarket, entertainment facilities are easily reached on foot or by public transportation. Though located on a small road packed with many foodstalls, once you step into the building you will feel a different atmosphere. The room (I stayed in a family room consisting of 4 beds) is small but very clean and smell pleasantly provided with towels, toiletteries, shower cap and a hair dryer. The hotel even provides an iron completed with an iron board on each floor to be used freely by hotel guests. Breakfast consisting of tea, coffee, honey, milk, cereals, bread, butter, jams, instant noodles can be enjoyed for free. To my surprise plain yoghurt is also available. Other surprising and useful elements are luggage scale and fast wifi. For all those facilities and ambience I only pay a very reasonable price. Last and the most important thing is the hotel crew is amazing and very helpful. They are also informative and speak english clearly. I will most likely stay again in this hotel if I come back to Bangkok.

Rooms: - Very spacious, clean, had all the amenities, included air purifier, bed was super comfortable, iron was provided on the floor Service: - the staff was very welcoming, helpful and always had a smile on - bread jam/ instant noodles/ break butter was available 24*7. - they have a weighing machine on the ground floor Location: - 20 min walk from Platinum mall - there are a lot of eateries available everywhere near Noursabah. There are a couple of pharmacies available.
