During my week-long stay at this hotel while attending the Alzheimer's Association International Conference (AAIC) in Amsterdam, I found it to be an excellent choice for accommodation. The staff was consistently kind, courteous, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Their proficiency in English and other languages made communication seamless. The hotel staff went above and beyond by providing valuable recommendations for places to visit and dine, contributing to a more enriching experience in Amsterdam. The rooms were impeccably clean, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment. The hotel's amenities were diverse, including a restaurant, bar, gift shop, and a convenient small snack market. This variety added a layer of convenience to our stay, providing options for dining and shopping within the premises. One of the standout features was the hotel's strategic location, within walking distance to both the convention center and public transportation. This proved to be incredibly convenient for conference attendees and tourists alike. Additionally, the availability of cabs at all times ensured easy accessibility, regardless of the hour. Overall, my experience at this hotel was thoroughly positive, thanks to the attentive staff, clean accommodations, and strategic location. Great conference hotel. Huge breakfast buffet with the possibility of getting eggs done at the moment. Personal very nice and professional. The only detail we didn't like was that the shower was not as clean as you can expect on a 4 star hotel. For the rest very good

On arrival I was seen right away and quickly picked up the room key. The staff member was friendly and even upgraded me to an executive room. The room and view were great, with many international channels on the TV. The only issue was a little mildew/growth below the shower fittings. The fittings themselves were functional, though a little stiff. Only stayed one night and the bathroom provided some extras that I had forgotten such as a comb and a shoe polish glove.

very comfortable room - spotlessly clean. there was a comically huge TV, a nice walk-in shower with rituals toiletries, a nespresso machine, and the sofa pulled out into a bed also. the staff were also very helpful in accommodating us - an early check-in was possible at 11am (but this may not always be the case), when we requested an extra duvet it arrived in minutes. they also offer a free luggage storage option which was very helpful for when we had checked out but still had time in the city.

This is one of the most spacious Novotel I have been at. My executive room was very clean, quiet and comfortable with a great view. The location is also practicle, it is not too far from the train and metro stations that can lead you to the city center. It is also not too far from the airport. The only downside is that the breakfast was not the best, and the service in the restaurant could be a little bit friendlier (a smile doesn't hurt). Besides that, it was a good stay.
