This was our last stay during our ten days trip to Europe. The staff treatment is praiseworthy. They are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Location is very convenient for travellers. Rooms are clean and well maintained. They could have provided cups and cutlery.

Good location, I was given a bigger room during the stay. There are body and shampoo but no hair condition in the shower. Only water is given free, hope they could provide ceramic cups and spoon for usage in room. No slippers too.

I am a frequent traveler who has had the opportunity to stay in various hotels around the world. Regrettably, I must express my dissatisfaction with the experience at this particular hotel, which stands out as one of my most disappointing stays. The issues began with the check-in process, where I encountered a level of rudeness from the staff that was markedly below the standards I anticipated, especially considering the reputable brand name associated with NOVOTEL. Throughout the entirety of my stay, the overall service fell short of my expectations, contributing to an overall disappointing experience. I believe it is essential for establishments of this caliber to uphold the high standards synonymous with their brand.

Great location, rooms ok but no seating area other than a desk and pillows need replaced. The AC isn’t great, very low flow. The front desk staff not as friendly as should be but housekeeping was incredibly kind and helpful. Loud music all day outside in square easily heard in room facing square so keep that in mind if you book. Breakfast nice but room service unavailable during our stay as we could never reach anyone.

This hotel was in an excellent location for the Christmas markets and grand place no more than a 5-10min walk away. Central station was also just up the road from the hotel. We stayed in an executive room that had a lovely king bed and sofa and was very comfortable. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly and we would happily stay here again.
