The building itself and the rooms are very shabby, as if there had been no renovation since 2004 😄 But in a hotel you usually only sleep, so it’s normal. The food is very good. Here is a kitchen for 5+!!! The tables are not cleaned very well, but this is the peculiarity of the country itself. For Egypt, in principle, cleanliness is at a good level. On the first day they kept asking for an extra towel for the child all day. They only brought it wet at night. Cleaning: leave a dollar - there will be excellent cleaning. The receptionist speaks English with difficulty. Some employees don’t understand numbers, so explaining which number you’re from becomes a separate quest 😅 At the checkpoint the guard almost lost my license. It turned out that I just left them in the scanner. Overall it’s ok, and for the money it’s just excellent, even I would say. The location is very convenient, especially if you take it by car 😊

We spent at the hotel from 10/13-10/27/2023. We came to Sharm el Sheikh to participate in the competition. We were placed in a room on the 1st floor overlooking the pool. It was convenient to go straight to the pool. After checking in, I discovered a problem with the safe, which was immediately fixed. The room is not new, but large and quite comfortable. I really liked the cleaning. The man tried every time and came up with different beautiful things from towels and even flower petals. I recommend leaving a tip. This will not affect the level in any way, the room was always cleaned well, regardless of whether we left money or not, but it was always nice to thank us. The hotel was not located near the sea, but buses to the sea go on a strictly scheduled basis. You can choose between a regular beach and a coral one. There is also a wonderful water park on site. The children tried to spend any free time riding the slides. There are also other pools where you can lie on sun loungers and take a dip in the cool water. There is a bar near the main pool, as well as on both beaches. You can buy a swimming mask inexpensively at the hotel store. You can also buy souvenirs and other things you need during your vacation. The prices are very reasonable. You can play billiards or table tennis. You can bring rackets from home. . The food in the restaurant is good. What I would especially like to note is the attention from the restaurant service. Friendly and ready to help. Of the staff, in addition to the guy cleaning the room, I would especially like to note the work of the restaurant manager, Mr. Yasser. He always personally greets guests and is ready to help in any matter. For example, once I was unable to exchange large bills for small ones and complained to him. Since then, there has never been a time where I was unable to change money on the hotel premises. It seemed that Mr. Yasser was the manager of the entire hotel. From now on, if we had any questions, we turned to him, although there were staff at the reception who spoke different languages ​​and tried to resolve any issues that arose. There are two more restaurants on site. Both have very tasty food. But for my taste, I liked the Italian restaurant more, where you will be served by very friendly staff - Mr. Sheriff and an excellent cook. Unfortunately I don't know the name. There is no separate rating for food. It's 5+. Otherwise, the price-quality ratio is completely consistent.
