Great hotel, big rooms, super clean and with a swimming pool. Breakfast is nice. Good location but slightly outside the festivities of the Loi Krathong festival but well centered for the rest in Chiang Mai. The staff speak a bit of English but Google translate worked well.

Biggest point would be on the location. I was on a solo trip and wanted something close to the city center (old city part) but at the same time not too central. I feel safe walking alone to and from the hotel early in the morning and late at night, it’s about 5 mins walk to the night market food area and the same area turns into wet market early in the morning. 1km run/walk to the district park with beautiful landscapes, great to start your morning in the bustling historical city. Approx 15 mins to night bazaar area via grab, as well as to Nimman area as well. Perfect location. Room was fantastic, everything seems brand new. Staffs were responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Quiet and peaceful, had the best sleeps thanks to their comfiest bed. Balcony is of great size, although I dont use it much. Pool is small but good enough for a quick cooling dip. Breakfast was simple and sufficient. Grateful I found this place. Thanks for the hospitality and keep up the great service👍🏻 I didnt take much photos of the interior but I have a video instead!😉

Definitely a comeback for this small but cozy hotel Nuan Chiang Mai The room is well equipped and clean. Hotel located in a small alley just need to walk 50meters to main road. Very quiet at night. The staff is helpful. Support me to rent motobike, buying bus ticket and very friendly. Breakfast served from 8-10am. Not so much dishes but enough to gain energy for a new day.

We initially booked for 2 nights. The hotel is not noisy but the sound proofing is ineffective. After sleeping 5 hours the first night we had to book an additional night and asked to be relocated. They did not relocate us. During a trip your night can be short and then they need to be effective to enjoy the following day. Unfortunately you can here neighbors upstairs and in the corridor until midnight and the noise starts again around 6am. Not recommended for anyone hoping to sleep after 6am.
