This was my second stay at a numa location and it was an amazing experience. Everything was clean and the rooms were as advertised. I was informed that the neighbors were having some work done but the noise was barely noticeable. The location is great, it's quiet while being 2 minutes away from the metro station and it was only a few stations away from the city center.

This aparthotel is your classic bait and switch. The provided photos showed a beautiful top floor apartment with skylight windows and large balcony with city views. Instead we received a ground floor, dark, full of flies, and a fire escape balcony. Did not feel safe at all because of the area. Management told me the photos are only there to provide "an impression of the room". Really? Of course that's what photos are for except you wanted to provide a really good impression that I Would receive a top floor apartment but then provide me a ground floor one instead. I'm not sure what this company is thinking that a ground floor apartment is equivalent to a rooftop apartment, no sane person thinks the two are the same. Skip this one, you'll find better places for the same price. The hotel around the corner where we parked at was really nice.

In a great location. Quiet, near to nice Spar supermarket and very close to u-bahn (underground train). However, the kitchen in the room was awful. Very minimal equipment. Almost impossible to use the over/top. No instructions about anything. No telephone number - only WhatsApp with a bad response time. Some unhelpful cleaning staff on site now and then.

Very nice budget apartment hotel in a renovated old building. The rooms are spacious with all the necessary amenities,. Self check-in and check-out is great. The only downside is the location being directly next to a three lane main road with lots of traffic and noise. Not as big as an issue in the winter with closed windows that in summer. There are a few rooms facing the backyard, but there's only a handful of those. UPDATE: my kitchen faucet was loose and about to come off and the shower sink was clogged. Time for a spring cleaning ;)

I recommend this apartment for families with kids on vacation in Vienna. A couple of minutes walk to the underground station (having 2 lines), budget supermarkets are nearby also. Big rooms, fully equipped kitchen, washing and drying machines in the basement. My room though had AC only in the living room, a disadvantage in Vienna hot days (and nights). Also, if you have strollers, keep in mind that the elevator is half a floor up (or down) by stairs from the entrance level
