The Spot Property Management Team in Playa Del Carmen, is without a doubt the BEST property management company that I have worked with. For the past 3 years regardless of the assistance needed, Osman and the team were always accommodating! If I needed anything they were always there to make sure it happens. If you are looking for a team to take care of your property…You can rest at night knowing your property is in the best hands!

I recently stayed in one of your -so called- “apartment” at Arcadia’s condos in Tulum, Aldea Zama. The announcement in Booking said “Monolocale” (studio flat in English) including a living room. At our arrival, we discovered that it was ONLY a double room. No living room. I wrote and called you (via whatsapp and via booking) several times and you NEVER answered. Since it’s a “condos” (a building), there’s no receptionist. There’s only a guardian at the entrance but he knows nothing regarding the rents. Your advertisement is a scam and you are dishonest. I reported everything to Booking and waiting for a replay. I want a reimbursement but, as for your behavior so far, I’ll doubt you’ll do it. I don’t why Booking and all the others providers give visibility to THOSE scammers.

I just stayed with The Spot in one of their condominiums in Playa del Carmen, the condominium is called Kaab Sout Beach. We loved both the condo and the attention of the staff. We made the reservation from their Instagram account, and from the first contact they were always very attentive and answered all our questions. I recommend keeping an eye on their Instagram account because then there are promotions, like the one I had where they gave me a 10% discount for booking from Instagram. I hope to stay here again soon.
