Oceana Residences is a luxurious and stunning residential complex in Playa del Carmen. The moment you step inside, you're greeted by the kind people at the reception. The residences themselves are spacious, modern, and beautifully designed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The attention to detail in the design and furnishings is remarkable, with high-end finishes and appliances throughout. The complex also boasts excellent amenities, including a large pool with a open bar until 10 pm. During our stay the staff was super friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. One of the best things about Oceana Residences is its location. It's situated right on the beach, with breathtaking views of the ocean from many of the units. It's also within walking distance to many of Playa del Carmen's best restaurants and attractions. Overall, Oceana Residences is an exceptional choice for anyone looking for a cozy stay in Playa del Carmen. The combination of stunning design, excellent amenities, and unbeatable location make it a standout among the many residential complexes in the area. Highly recommended!

I walked into my apartment, and the staff was going through our stuff and said we had to leave immediately after 4 months of staying there. My roommates were having a weekend in tulum and had to come back immediately, they said there was maintenance they had to do on the apartment and that we had to leave. They offered up another apartment in the complex, which was way more expensive to stay in, and after the way they treated us after being good tenants for so long, we decided to leave. They took down our stuff for us, and then a couple things were missing. And they had no explanation on where they went. It has been 2 weeks and we still have no gotten our deposit back either. We have been pestering them constantly and they keep having excuses and saying they will “send soon”. It was very unacceptable how they treated us.

Horrible staff. Gustavo still owes deposit for a rental of 2 months, we also got kicked out of nowhere and packed my man’s belongings without him there. They don’t respond and haven’t paid the money back. Gustavo took the money in cash and for sure pocketed the money. Stay clear of this place. Only elders go there. Food is also horrible and overpriced

We booked an apartment on the ground level, which was all good. Our concierge Ricardo was always very helpful. What we didn't like was the service of oceana residences: we waited more than 1 hour to get a water, a milkshake and a shisha. After finally receiving the shisha we we were after 10 min not allowed to smoke the shisha at the pool... there is definitely room for improvement at the service pool...

The place is beautiful. However I dropped $400 USD and my Apple Watch while in the bathroom, and when I asked security to go look they most definitely pocketed it all and told me to get lost. I’d call that bad service, filing a police report, not sure it will help but leaving this here so others know. Don’t trust security, they're not helpful and quite rude.
