It's fine. Should not be marked as a 4-star hotel, in my opinion. The room size borders on claustrophobic and the hotel itself has no atmosphere or sense of community. Even the bathroom products were disappointing; hair wash was marked as 'shampoo & conditioner' but it was definitely not a conditioner, and so my hair suffered for it (a minor inconvenience but an inconvenience nonetheless!). The shower itself was excellent - best aspect of the room. An okay option if you're exploring London and don't intend to spend much time at your accommodation, but overall quite lacklustre.

Had a great stay here. We stayed in a room with 1 double and 1 single bed. The whole room was clean and fresh. The hotel was nice and quiet. We didn’t hear a peep from anyone! The staff were very friendly too. The location is great, 5 mins walk from the tube. The only thing I would say is the breakfast is very basic, there are no pastries.

Our room was quite small and didn't really have much of a window. The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The shower was brilliant. Would definitely stay again, preferably with a larger window!

Great stay- very cosy! Will come back here again, it was a less than 5 minute walk away from Earls Court station! Very convenient and easy to travel! Wouldn’t stay at the hotel if you want to spend time in hotel…rooms are small and the hotel has no atmosphere. This hotel is perfect for couples who want to go out and explore London. Ali was an absolute gem (i’m sure that was his name) he was very approachable and helpful. Thank you!

Very mixed feelings about this hotel. On the plus side: very accomodating and helpful staff, rooms are clean and breakfast is OK. The biggest downside is the so called "double" bed. I don't mind the rooms being small as I came to explore London with the family and I was well aware about the room size reading all the reviews. But the bed... having a good sleep at night is critical. I am 185cm tall and I could not have a comfortable sleep on any of the 4 nights I stayed there due to the bed size - it's tiny for a double bed. 140cm or so wide and around 180cm long. My feet were hanging from the bed and it felt terrible. Me and my wife are both quite tall but rather slim and I frankly never slept that bad in any hotel due to the bed size... Therefore, if you are 180cm tall or more, do not expect to have a comfortable sleep there.
