Very convenient location to Earl’s Court station. Like 1 minute walk. Lots of restaurants around and a M&S shop down the street. Very quiet street and I felt safe walking around by myself. The room itself was spacious for a euro hotel. The room was dated though. There was a big tear in the carpet, no big deal for me. My AC started making a loud sound on my third night. They came and fixed it right away. They cleaned my room every day. The breakfast was good enough for a quick bite before going out and exploring. Raj was as very helpful and so was the Filipino guy at night. I stayed 6 nights. I would recommend this place.

Wonderful location near Tube, very comfortable, safe neighborhood, quick walk to tube, food, snacks, necessities. The staff were amazing, breakfast was a nice bonus! The hotel building is beautiful, very tidy and clean. Room we had was small, for sleeping and getting cleaned up/ dressed mainly, but it was lovely and bright with a gorgeous view. We had a fantastic visit and happy we chose and felt so welcomed by the Trebovir. Well done, Trebovir!!!

Room was tiny! Barely enough room to walk around. Bed was uncomfortable and that’s putting it politely. Breakfast was the worst we’ve come across, the receptionist said it was a continental however there was nothing continental about it. Hard boiled eggs, which must of been sat out there for over half hour, cold and dry. Only two options for cereal, breakfast room was tiny and the queue of people trying to get breakfast was uncomfortable. Lift was so small, we only just about fit with our suitcases. Worst part was the noise. We was in room 102 and you could hear neighbouring guests talking as if they were sat next to you. Could hear upstairs guests walking, flushing toilets and showering. Shower was so small you couldn’t wash your hair without hitting your elbows on the walls. Hair dryer was not clean, musky to the touch and dusty. If you’re hot, don’t worry the window opens inwards 😂. The only good thing was the location.

Extraordinary service quality, very comfortable rooms with good amnesties(shower, tv, hairdryer, etc). The only thing I find very disappointing is the heating system. I had to get an extra heater, as the room is freezing cold. The actual heating system is cooling the room instead of heating and it’s very loud. Also you can hear the underground underneath the room and in the morning you get woken up by the smell of the kitchen when they prepare the breakfast. For a short trip it’s ok and I am very thankful for the helpful and friendly staff. It is priceless to have such people as hosts, when you are travelling on your own.
