We stayed as a family of 4 including 2 children during Christmas 2023 and New Year 2024z You cannot get better service from staff members than this hotel. All staff members from the check in desk, bar staff, restaurant staff, gym staff are all very attentive and polite and all genuinely wish to make your stay pleasant. The rooms are very spacious and modern and are cleaned twice a day. Food and drinks are of top quality. The hotel itself is very clean. We stayed for 9 nights and left with very good memories and our monies worth. The only place where there is room for improvement is the entertainment show in the evening. The magic shows on Fridays were good but the rest of the week the shows were less entertaining. We hope to return to this hotel sometime again in future.

Arrived just after Christmas for a stay over New Year. The hotel was very clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The entertainment was great. The sun was shining. The food and drinks were amazing. New Years Eve was special with the candle lit entrance and gala dinner, champagne and fireworks. We really enjoyed our stay. Hotel was festively decorated for Christmas. Wish we could have booked the a la carte restaurant but we couldn't as we had our 13 year old son with us (18 year age restriction). Room was nice and clean. We didn't upgrade so we didn't have any amazing views - we just see our room as somewhere to sleep and change in. Only downside was the outdoor pool was freezing - a shame it wasn't heated. We would definitely recommend the hotel & return again.

Had three great holidays here.The hotel is beautifully clean, staff are friendly and very attentive. We left in our room some personal items which many weeks after leaving we were able to locate thanks to the very helpful staff.Would highly recommend this Hotel.

I have already reviewed my 5* Stay on Trip Advisor , and booked my return for next September. You have probably guessed I rate this resort highly. I have enjoyed a brilliant week long stay. It was my first trip to Cyprus too. Your staff are Excellent. They handled a very busy time extremely well, maintaining Attention to detail. A beautiful location. The Rooms are Great. Housekeeping do an excellent job. Food and Drinks exceeded expectation. Thank You.

We checked in and were allocated a very high room at the end of the top corridor. My daughter and wife both endure vertigo from time to time. So I immediately went to the front desk to request a lower allocation and was advised to take a seat in reception. Some twenty minutes later I was politely asked to leave the property. In between time my wife and daughter had arrived at the room and were both badly affected by vertigo and a panic attack respectively. We are travelling independently and not therefore belonging to a large group. I simply cannot fathom out why it takes so long to open the screen and click on another room. If this had been done asap, as you would quite reasonably expect for a five star hotel operation and not been dwindled upon our stay would have been assured. The hotel taxi took us to a €150.00 per night Bed & Breakfast the for all intents and purposes been in Beirut.
