One of the most social hostels I've ever been too. The staff were extremely welcoming and kind to my flatmate and I. Every night there was something happening in the hostel. The location was very good and a quick walk to sites like the astronomical clock. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Would highly recommend! I doubt there is a better hostel anywhere in Prague.

Ive stayed at 5 different onefams and have had amazing experiences at each. I met amazing people here and the staff were super helpful. However, on the first of November I woke up to bed bugs in the middle of the night. I notified staff and the promptly moved me to another bed for the rest of the night, where I found another bed bug. I had to leave the hostel early and seek emergency accommodation and as such requested a refund however the manager assured me it would take a few weeks to come through, more than a month later, I am yet to receive the refund. Again, I thank the staff for their assistance and care, however, management needs to address this issue. A hostel can be fantastic in every other regard but if guests can't stay with peace of mind of a clean bed or decent night's rest what is the point of it?

One of my favourite hostels in Europe, Kieran and Harry made my stay exceptional. I enjoyed the free family dinners and unlimited use of the kitchen. The bathrooms could be more hygienic with paper towels or hand dryers instead of cotton towels

Nice staff. Pretty good hostel. Some things I didn’t like, but the main thing that bothered me is the WhatsApp group they have is read-only. Only the staff can send messages. Bummer because I like hearing what people are up to and reaching out myself if I’m looking for something, but that’s not possible here. Seeing messages from everyone adds to the community vibe for me. Otherwise solid place.
