We recently had the pleasure of staying in this fantastic hotel for two nights. The location is great, smack in the middle of everything, however, the hotel offers a great sense of tranquility. The interior design is warm and homey while at the same time luxurious and elevated. The service is frankly speaking some of the best I have experience in Europe. I remember the concierge telling me upon arrival „welcome home“, which I found sums up my experience quite nicely. One of - if not the best - hotel I have stayed in in Europe.

Our hotel experience was fabulous! The staff is lovely, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. The hotel itself has been beautifully designed, the rooms are gorgeous, spacious, the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable and CLEAN. The rooftop pool and bar is exceptional, and the concierge lounge was delightful. We had a great stay and highly recommend this hotel!

I had the absolute pleasure of staying in this exquisite hotel in September 2023 with other team members. The hotel is stunning. Tranquil in the middle of everything. We would walk to restaurants, shopping, clubs, rooftop bars. The hotel has both a homey & luxurious feel about it. You definitely feel like you've stepped into something special when you walk around the hotel. The service was beyond exceptional. A special mention must be made to our incredible night waiter each evening as we would finish the evening off woth a drink or tea -- Adrian. He served with a constant smile on his face, a warmth & professionalism that made you feel valued. And Aleksy, was always readyvto smile & greet everyone so happily each morning at the breakfast bar. Highly, highly recommended staying here. Its an experience of a lifetime.

4.5 stars. Tldr Pros next to multiple subway stops Close to gran via Close to the palace Awesome breakfast Beautiful comfortable rooms Exemplary service Cons Our shower door leaked causing mini floods on the bathroom floor That toilet seat in the bathroom is way too cold! From the outside the place doesn't look like much but once you step inside you're greeted with luxury. You'd think you got the best of the Prado museum (ok just a few select works but the Robeky Venus isn't in the museo del prado). The club level lounge (on the ground floor) is well appointed with snacks throughout the whole day including afternoon jamon that you can feast on and an open bar with wine, beer, cava and spirits. Totally splurge and upgrade your room! Breakfast had the typical buffet and the churros you could order including any number of egg dishes. The poached egg with truffles and cheese with crostinis was scrumptious. Lastly the room! It's rather small but hey it's Europe. They do a good job with hiding the bathroom with curtains and also the bed and sheets are made for sleeping all day. Forgot your tooth brush? They have a nice amenities kit included. Forgot face wash? Also there! Lastly their towels are soft and fluffy. What you'd expect from a luxury hotel. Don't let the artwork at the head of the bed give you nightmares. I think it gives the place a nice modern touch while recalling the works of Velasquez. For the cons some nitpicking. We had a free standing tub next to the shower. And while that shower head was great, no matter how much we pulled the glass door shut, water would seep through and we'd need to use a shower towel to mop it up. Lastly for whatever reason, the duravit toilet seat always woke you up. It was always freezing cold. Maybe time to upgrade to some toto magic toilets!
