The Mansard Suite was beautiful with a very comfortable bed, big space and absolutely quiet. The two TVs could be replaced by modern TVs. The bathtub on the podium is a highlight but in our opinion too small even for two skinny person. Good for 30 minutes, then it get's uncomfortable. SPA treatments were excellent with quality products and very friendly staff. They spoke English well and the prices are fair. Sauna, steam room and pool was good. Everything clean and in good condition. Restaurant and breakfast good. Drinks were very good, especially the ones with Gin. Highlight was the Pizza, which completely surprised us and prices are super fair.

Great hotel stay! My friend and I weren't meant to stay here but an airline put us here for the night when our flight was delayed and caused a missed connection. Anyway we were both very pleasantly surprised and happy to stay here the night. Beds were comfy and bathroom was very clean and modern. Our favourite however was the complimentary breakfast! We weren't expecting so much option but there was so much and it was all very delicious! Thanks for the great stay guys :)

I fled the 63 euros for the room the difference from the fact that I chose! In the room there was not even a kettle as it is placed with tea and coffee !!. View from the window is just terrible with one with the toroni is evidently a dirty roof and an old building on the other hand The window just blocked .. The room is pure and warm. With regard to cable TV This is generally horror. In the country there is such a thing that the signal is so that the German or other language is constantly disappeared. Such a language is very cute and the other language is very cute and are always ready to help with the breakfast. It's really poor and it is really true for the past. It is really poor and he really does not match 4 stars. It is not necessary to just have a matter of it .. I remained very not happy !! I was in size for a pile for a room that does not match the meal that I have to take the deposit. It's the worst 4-star hotel I've ever been to. I booked a twin-bedroom for three nights two months in advance. The price I payed was in line with an average 4-star hotel bedroom (mind you, not in London, Paris, NY or Milan, but in Riga). Considering it was classified as an 'economy room' it cost far too much. Anyway, I arrived in Riga last night and I had a nasty surprise: not only is the bedroom unbelievably small, with very little room for 2 people - one bed is by the wall, the other one by the radiator/window, with barely a 50-cm gap between them - but there isn't a wardrobe either, just a clothes stand as if it were a shop, so there's nowhere to put our luggage (2 small trolleys). Moreover, there's only one bedside table (which houses the telephone). I'm not joking, it must be roughly 9 square metres! And this is a 4* Hotel?!? When they renovated the building, they converted a closet into a bedroom!!! I strongly advise travellers to absolutely avoid the Opera Hotel in Riga. I've only just seen that others had a similar, negative experience here: I wish I had known better before booking. The hotel management should be more transparent on the descriptions they issue. I've added a few pictures to better illustrate the situation.
