My recent stay at Oriental Palace left me with mixed feelings. The hotel's location proved problematic, with narrow roads making it challenging for first-time drivers to locate the entrance. Moreover, the absence of designated parking added an extra layer of difficulty, as the available parking was inconveniently situated behind a building. The staff's lack of professionalism and hospitality was evident, especially for those who secured lower-priced room bookings. It seemed that the level of service correlated with the amount paid, creating a disparity in treatment. While the morning breakfast was a bright spot, offering a positive start to the day, the rooms were dimly lit, and basic amenities like toothpaste, towels, and toiletries required specific requests. A notable downside was the hotel's policy of charging extra for children, despite prior payment. Despite these challenges, Oriental Palace may appeal to those willing to navigate difficulties for the sake of a satisfactory morning meal. However, prospective guests should be aware of the mentioned issues before considering a reservation at Oriental Palace.

Our stay at the Oriental Palace Hotel was truly exceptional. From the warm and welcoming staff to the impeccable cleanliness, every aspect exceeded expectations. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite, adding a luxurious touch. The breakfast menu further enhanced our experience with its diverse and delicious offerings. Overall, a delightful stay combining great service, excellent food, and a welcoming atmosphere. Appreaciated the coordination of Mr. Mohammad umar faisal the general manager. Denitely recommends to all travelers from saudi to bahrain for their stay while processing visa

Unclean, shabby rooms and absolutely disgusting reception service. I have never seen such unprofessionalism and utmost disrespect shown towards customers, Please don't choose this hotel if you have even an ounce of self- respect, or concern for your safety, for that matter.
