I can't even fully describe how great this place is for the money you pay!!! First, the guesthouse is very close to the metro station and to the Vatican city. The neighborhood is full of cafes, restaurants and museums. Going to St. Peter's Basilica is only ~10 mins. Second, the service (room quality, bed sheets, etc.) is good. Yes, you won't get a 5-star luxury suite, but as a guesthouse, this place is clean and well-kept. So, if you want just a place to sleep and rest in Rome, that's a good choice. Finally, I want to thank the staff for the great help, being really kind, friendly and making my stay really fantastic! The only problem is that sometimes you can hear other guests, or people on the street but that is not so loud.

Family run guest house located in a nice neighbour. Easy access to Metro as well as Vatican. The choices of restaurants can satisfy with different budget, supermarkets are also close by for adding necessary supplies. Will choose here again when returning to Roma.

These are excellent accommodations. I had a spacious room with a comfortable bed, a good-sized bathroom, and (thankfully!) efficient air conditioning. It is on the second floor and has well-insulated windows, so street noise is not a problem even though there are busy restaurants nearby. The location is perfect: a three-minute walk from the entrance to the Vatican Museum, less than two minutes from the Ottaviano Metro station, and with many bus links to the rest of Rome (25 minutes total to the Forum and the Capitoline Museums). Finally, it is a bargain at less than 70€ a night with city tax.
