Great place to relax. The Ocean View room is spacious with a great view of the sea. The interior decoration is well chosen. A bathtub is even included. The 'quiet pool' was the best thing. Even at 17h in the afternoon, it was warmed, making it ideal to relax. Even the food was yummy, with a large variety available.

The room was full of mosquitoes even though the vape solution was on since the evening. We didn't got the service for the price we paid. What's the use to have a mini bar in the room when there is nothing in it and had to pay everything even we had the all inclusive package. Cocktail was not good at all. No snacks was given at tea time and nothing was given to accompany the drinks also A 3 star hotel would gave better service. Not all staffs were helpful. Familiar faces would definitely help or else we would have been waiting for hours to have our order. The pool had good temperature The chef at the restaurant a la Carte was nice. The food was good.

Returning customer, with first visit in 2015. This 2023 review is about our experience as parents. The coral kids club offers a nice environment for the kids to spend time. Our 3 year old son enjoyed his time here. We visited just after the soft opening period, so guests were limited, and opportunities to mingle with other kids, quite limited. The carers were very polite, friendly, and the boy appeared to like them. Plus points. The activities plan at the club is decent. There is an outdoor play area too. For lunch, parents can order the food, and have the kids eat at the kids club, under the supervision of the carers. The hotel has a kids swimming pool, with a slide which is a feature loved by kids! Breakfast at the mercado restaurant has a dedicated area for kids, with chairs and tables convenient for their seating. The kids club staffs provide assistance too. In my opinion, these make the resort a very convenient one to spend time with family. Other points, quite happy to have been upgraded to a family room, and some goodies provided in room. P.s There is a daily happy hour on drinks between 5.30pm and 6.30pm, perfect to enjoy the sunset!

I stayed at the hotel for 8 nights and I can honestly say that it was one of the best places of my life. It was clean, comfortable, the housekeeping crew was very friendly and careful. I also found the food great, I am not a big eater but because of the multiple buffet nights, were there was so much delicious food I ate much more than normal. The people that work in this resort are absolutely amazing. They are always ready to help and very friendly. Unfortunately I do not remember all the names of all the people that impressed me but I remember the names of Diksha, Dinson, Jarvin, Arvesh and ... . They helped me with suggestions and were always nice and friendly to chat with. I recommend going to them if you have any hotel related questions and also for any activities advice, because they have the best suggestions as locals. As I said, I don't remember all the names, but everyone in this resort is friendly, helpful and respectful to say at least. The hotel also offers activities and they arrange everything for you, you just need to show up. I highly recommend Reena for massage or any spa treatments, she is the best! I never felt anything like that in Europe, the methods are different and her skills are amazing. I also tried the chakra healing and I recommend it if you are curious to learn more about the spiritual side. Overall it was a great experience and I honestly say I will definitely go to the same place the next time I visit Mauritius.
