I tried this hotel despite of bad comments, but they were wrong, the ac is working, not noisy at all, its very clean no kettle but they have hot water at 3rd floor, too many foreigners and locals which are happy with their stay. Staffs are very approachable just do not stain anything like bed sheets, Bad comments are perhaps from people who forget they are not in the 5 star hotel and are just too demanding, its a very affordable hotel near restaurants, church,bdo and uncle john's like 7/11.. i surely gonna go back in this hotel.

We stayed there for 2 days under ph double airconditioned room. At first when we entered the AC was a little bit cool but then after few hours it was as very noisy and the room temp became warm. We asked for help and someone checked the AC and ice was all over. They turned tje AC off and gave us electric fan while waiting for the ice to melt. When it finally melted, we can no longer hear the noise but still the temp is super warm. We stayed there the whole time without proper aircondition. When we checked out we informed the receptionist and just told is they did not have maintenance personnel on a sunday and did not even apologize for such an inconvenience.

Booked in December 2023 a 2-night stay for January 2024. Booking was cancelled 2 days prior to the dates because it was "not the rate" for Sinulog. This was an early booking that was already paid and yet cancelled. Very disappointed. Not reliable & not recommended.

I booked the room via Agoda and stayed for 3 nights. Upon check in, they asked for 1,500 as deposit and returned it upon check out. It was big enough for 2 people and the whole space is clean. Wifi, TV, closet, toiletries, towels and complimentary bottled waters were available. Housekeeping were present if you wanted them to clean your room while you’re out. They also replenished the free stuff. The bed was also comfy and warm. However, the water pressure was disappointing from the toilet, sink and the shower. It could have been better. Also, it was quite uncomfortable that the window was facing the lounge of the 2nd floor and the only thing that’s making the room private was the curtain. Overall, I still had a nice stay in the hotel and it was already a great deal for its price considering it was in a good location.
