My family of 4 appeared at the hotel at 2a.m without reservation. Had two adjoining rooms done within 15 mins. Service is fuss free and good. The hotel has seen better days. Bed was ok but everything else is very dated and somewhat stained (armchair, chair, wall paper). Toilet also dated but clean. Aircon worked well and was cold. Price point is slightly expensive.

Staff very friendly, decent room comfortable for couple. They have Socar, so we could just grab one when we decided to go on a sightseeing at night. Breakfast is good enough for the price we paid. Good value

We arrived around midnight but the receptionist was very helpful and the check in process went smoothly and fast. The room is clean and spacious, equipped with toiletries, and is cleaned daily. Breakfast spread is okay. Aeon Mall is just across the street, with indoor and outdoor playgrounds, eateries, and a supermarket. A 24-hour convenience store is nearby, and there are many other shops, pharmacies, and eateries nearby. McDonald's is just next door. Legoland is just 15 mins away by car (we just used Grab). We're happy with the stay and will stay again. My only qualm is that the water in the shower takes a LOOOONG time to heat up. I usually just start the shower then brush my teeth and wash my face in the sink before getting into the shower. Waste of water, I know, but otherwise I'll be showering with cold water -- not ideal, especially if you're having the sniffles.

One of the worst hotel service! Early morning 8.30am the restaurant No seat and Table not clean. Almost all the food and drink finished. Even cordial drink the most easy to prepare! After 30 mins still NOT fully replenish. All the guest are complaining. The food taste either too salty or tasteless! All the staff are not well trained! Those can replenish easily like milk....never refill after 45 mins! This hotel is worst than 2 star! Highly not recommend!

Requested a baby cot in advance before we make booking via Facebook messenger. We are being direct to reservation team. Email reservation team and they took one or two full days to respond. The respond is super slow. Again we are bring push to front desk. Front desk only available via local call but we are oversea. We can't understand the difficult for them to make such a simple arrangement internally. We don't want to book the hotel and reached there and being informed there is not baby cot.
