The rooms are nice and reasonably priced. The major drawback for me was that, contrary to how it is advertised, the hotel WiFi did not work in my room on the basement floor - I had one bar but it was unusable as nothing could load. There was also a soaking wet towel left on the floor by the shower when I arrived. It is also frustrating that there were no powerpoints near the head of the bed, but that is fairly common. Otherwise, it was a decent stay.

They should have USB chargers in the room, it is an essential need nowadays. Other than that the place is very clean and conveniently located. The staff were nice to keep my luggage after the checkout and they lend me a UK power adapter

Very nice place to stay. Location can’t be beat! Comfy beds. Basic rooms but that was all we needed check in very late and check out is early. Not always someone at front desk. This was tricky as they were holding our bags. We came back to get and thought we may not get in. All was fine. Love the Victoria location

The room was an absolute mess. The shower pipes were leaking so that water was flooding the bathroom. We found hair and toothpaste in the shower. The walls had a chemical smell that gave us headaches. On top of that you hear every single noise the neighbors make. So we would really really advise you NOT to book your stay in London here unless you want your London stay to be a nightmare.

We stayed in July 2023, twice (before and after a trip to York). Location is superb, close to Victoria station, staff very lovely, beds comfy, good pressure in the showers and room clean. Excellent cafe's, restaurants, mini-supermarkets within walking distance - don't miss Gail's for breakfast. The area feels safe. The only complaint is the hotel needs a little maintenance. The USB ports, some power sockets and the majority of hairdryers we encountered didn't work. Judging by reviews, that's been the situation for a while, so please get onto it, Oyo.
