The rooms facing the sea are expensive but worth it. 1. The view is just fantastic. 2. The room is very spacious. You can sit on the chair or sofa, just watching the sea all day long. 3. Breakfast is fantastic! I like the juice and French toast. The coffee is not the best, though, but maybe that's just Thai coffee(?) 4. The bathroom is big, but I feel the shower water spills out easily. Not sure how to solve it. 5. The AC is a bit too cold. 6. The staff, especially those working at breakfast, are fantastic. 7. It's super close to Terminal 21.

The Ozo hotel room enjoys a central and convenient location, offering easy access to Terminal 21 mall, nearby street food, and supermarkets. The beach is within a walkable distance. Although the primary nightlife area, the walking street, is 3.5 km away, reaching it by foot remains enjoyable. Opting for poolside rooms incurs an additional cost of 500 baht; these rooms are slightly smaller, and it's worth noting that there's no lock system for the washroom door. Caution may be warranted if staying with lively friends.

I have stayed at your hotel for about 3 weeks, room number is 1708. Thank you very much to Miss Muay who cleans for us every day. I give her a 100-point rating. It is absolutely worth it. I would like to praise her here. I hope that the company's senior management will cherish this employee and make good use of it to improve her effectiveness in other aspects. I wish your hotel business will be prosperous

Great location, beautiful rooms, clean facilities, a lot of space for kids to enjoy the vacation. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. I suggest you to pay some extra money to get a seaview room, totally deserves it! If you do so try to get a room at a higher floor since there's another hotel between Ozo and the beach. Only negative note is that they didn't offer room service. Not a big minus for me personally but to some could be. Overall I had a very pleasant experience and strongly recommend.
