The hotel is amazing,really cheap but room and service were like in a 4-star.Spotless,spacious and central,I couldn't have asked for a better stay in Chang Mai.

Stayed for 6 nights. Positives: Clean, great TV, great hairdryer, all things functioned well, quiet. Staff were really friendly. It's located in a tiny back street but quite close to the old town and MacDonalds (lots of excursions pick up there) Negatives: The room had a tiny window which was hidden in an alcove so it felt quite dark. No lift, get a lower floor if you have heavy cases

From the beginning it looks great, nice hall etc. but as soon as you get into your room there is big disappointment. In bathroom no power socket, in room overall we had 4 power sockets, 2 of them were plugged into the night light, and third one was internet router, so we left with only ONE socket to use, how are you going to charge your cameras battery, phones, smart watches? Walls were made out of paper, you could hear any sound coming from another room, bathroom ventilation goes from bathroom to main corridor so if you stand on the toilet you can see people passing by to their rooms and everyone can hear anything you do in toilet... Bed was tragic too as it had wheels and you could drive with it in the room lol, not to mention that it was so hard and stiff but this is like normal in Thailand i guess... Overall I can't recommend anything in this hotel except that it's located in very good place.

Design surpassed functionality. This hotel has a nice interior design. It's located in a quiet street not far from the night market any many restaurants. However, it doesn't have elevator which might be troublesome for elderly visitors. Besides my room was lacking in the electric sockets. One need to move furniture in order to plug in and recharge the smartphone. Be also prepared to deposit 1000 Bath. Overall my experience was positive.
