Room was nice. However, the fridge stopped working at some point and I had put some ice cream that was then hot. When I asked for ice cubes they asked me to pay 25.000😅 it’s the first time I hear that I have to pay for some little ice cubes. Plus, my fridge wasn’t working so it’s the hotel’s fault, I shouldn’t have paid anything. Service wasn’t fast, I had my taxi waiting for me and they were slow and not really understanding my exigences.

1st time here, had a very good impression of the hotel. Staffs were very friendly. Breakfast spread were spendid, lots varieties of choices available. Rooms were spacious too.

The first room we got the bed was horrible..Maybe the spring rolls out. The night shift supervisor immediately changed us to another room. Very kind of him. The breakfast was excellent with local dishes. I really love the sambal chilli made by the chef was excellent and its goes well with the nasi lemah which was steamed with banana leaves. The supervisor of the breakfast was very good as she kept going to all the dishes and topped up immediately. The staff are friendly and helpful. The service was excellent and prompt. Well done 👏

Great location. Bad hotel management. Rooms were big and clean rooms. Each room has a balcony that can not be locked. Outsides can climb in. Danger: security and safety. The aircon was not working. The Wifi was terrible. Big swimming pool and gym but need cleaning and maintenance. Steam and sauna in poor dirty shape. Both smell of decay and mold. Algae grow in and around the jacuzzi. Jacuzzi gives off a weird smell, and water looks very murky. The floors around the pool were slimy and slippery. There are steps to the pool but no hand rails for safety, especially for the elderly or people with disabilities or injuries. Reception staff are not very helpful. Overcharged for an undrinkable tea at breakfast (breakfast was already included). $5 for a bad cup of tea. The corridor has a smell of decay. Night clubs within the hotel are very loud. You can hear the din from your room on the 7th floor! Overall, it's not a great experience. Lots of improvement is needed in every area. Especially safety areas.
