Mario, was the most welcoming host we had on our Italy vacation. Recommended us the best pizza we had there, he even helped us out with a paper map and helped us find the nearest apple store when I lost my phone and my boyfriends stopped working. The whole team went above and beyond and when we come back to Naples there is no doubt in our mind that we will be staying. The hospitality was a 10+ but I should also mention the room was clean, cozy, and quirky. The location is also right in the heart of it all and you can walk anywhere you'd like. Mario, it took me a minute to write this but from the bottom of our hearts we thank you.

Warm welcome, comfortable - and huge! - rooms, clean and perfectly located for visiting Naples. Surprisingly quiet for being in the center. Great communication from the owner, the option to leave the luggage on our last day was a plus. We had a lovely stay and can highly recommend Palà Suites.

Very bad service. There is no breakfast provided and you need to go out with a voucher to get your breakfast in a cafe very close though. You are just entitled to get a hot beverage/ croissant but nothing else, if you want to add an orange juice then you will pay some extra fees. The owner does not speak english and seems to be annoyed to have clients around. He is just there from 9.00 to 10.00 in the morning. Even if you have a late flight he will request you to get the money as soon as you arrived. They nicely kept our luggage while we were having a tour in the city centre. Just to let you know, the luggage were left in the hall and there was absolutely no supervision, no lockers so basically anybody could have steal some of our stuff. Very hard to recognize the building as there is almost no signs. We ve had to ask a nice waitress from one of the restaurants in the street. Good point, the rooms are stunning, massive, very good design, and it is very well located. Unfortunately I would not recommend it.

Comfortable, super clean, well designed, spacious, in the heart of centro storico, an amazing apartment hotel on the 3d floor. Only downside may be the noise, which was not an issue for us as the windows have the best insulation I’ve ever experienced, suppressing all external sounds. And the bathroom’s odor wasn’t always the best but this is inevitable in suck old buildings. And, of course, a shout out to the nicest and very attentive people running things. Would definitely stay again!

Great room and very friendly check in! Make sure to use WhatsApp to contact the host so that getting into the building is super easy. The entrance is down a “alley” or parking lot area. Then on the third floor. But the host needs to let you in. You should be able to see Pala Suites on the wall next to the alley entry way. And you can wait by the elevator while the host comes to meet you. The neighborhood is amazing but quite hectic. Location is great for exploring the endless labyrinth of Naples.
