Very happy with the hotel and the super friendly and helpful staff. The room was perfect and very clean! I can only recommend staying here, in the middle of Milan! Everything is reachable by foot. Definitely coming back here. Thank you very much for the pleasant stay!

Rude and unhelpful front desk staff racist towards tourists. They claim to be a 4 star but this hotel is 1 star experience. I had a horrible experience. My room access was limited. I could only enter my room one time during the entire day as the room key card access system was broken. I requested the front desk to fix it upon my return to the room in The evening but they had not. I couldn’t get into the room again in the evening and went out for dinner instead. Upon my return at night I was still unable to get into my room. The front desk night staff was able to let me into my room by using their own card. However, At 2am in the night the AC had broken down in the room. It was really hot. I had to change our room at 3am and got only 1 hour of sleep before my flight. The bathroom smelt of dirty water.

This is a hidden gem in Milan. This hotel is located in the center of Milan and close to restaurants and boutique shops. Room is super clean without a spot and staffs are very kind and friendly. Hotel offers breakfast and bar service which is also excellent. Would strongly recommend a family traveling with kids. I would definitely come back to this hotel for our next stay in Milan.

My wife and I have been traveling through Europe for several weeks and I must say that our hotel stay in Milan at Palazzo Segreti has been one of our best, if not THE best stay of our trip. The service was personalized and we loved how there was so much attention to detail. From the decor in the lobby and lounge area, to the room amenities, we loved everything about this hotel. Sabrina at the front desk was very helpful as was Gabriel in the lounge area. I highly recommend the breakfast there. You will not be disappointed. Enjoy!
