This hotel did not live up to my expectations at all. The rooms were outdated and not well-maintained, with mold and cleanliness issues. I even encountered some unwelcome guests in the form of cockroaches in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby and even there it was super slow. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and they even pressured me to leave a positive review on TripAdvisor. The food was just average, nothing to write home about. Plus, they only provided one bottle of water per day in the room, and there was a shortage of towels. Safety measures were lacking, with no pool guards or proper outside safety protocols. Overall, the hygiene standards were quite poor. And to top it off, they didn't accommodate our family of four properly, giving us three single beds instead. It was a shocking experience with disappointing service.

This is a wonderful hotel really nice and I enjoyed in my vacation and all the stuff is really good and kindly so much and our Animation team is very kind and so funny. They help us in in all day and they not leave us alone. They do activity every day in The morning and they do show every night, it’s very good and we enjoyed by this and the reception staff is very good. They kindly so much and really I hope all visit this hotel

If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely disgusting hotel. Nothing like what is described. The photos are nothing like what the hotel looks like. There's no beach close by, the swimming pools are dirty, smoking in the reception area, rooms are vile. I would not waste your money or holiday.

Some of the staff are very confrontational, especially when you haven't tipped them or not tipped them enough, bar staff were annoyed with us for ordering 4 drinks for each person even though it's all inclusive, we were told that we should order drinks 1 by 1, I'm assuming because they want a tip for each service provided, I understand tipping culture but not the sneaky trick you into owing them a tip, when I got to the hotel the manager said he upgraded me to a better room for free but then expected a tip, also don't buy juice from the hotel, they charge you 150 EGP for a litre while the supermarket 2 minute walk charges you 25 EGP

Very nice clean hotel good atmosphere stuff is great very good experience I would recommend it to everyone but book directly with hotel to get cheaper deals all inclusive

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
