Like the most reviews we were worried about the bed bugs and the room not feeling clean. I think the rooms especially the carpet can be redone as it smells upon entering. No amount of perfume by the cleaning staff will get rid of that mustiness. And like the most reviews the pool was a standout feature and kids would love it too. The view facing the Skypoint from the balcony was also a highlight and the easy distance to the beach and amenities.

The pool is great with plenty of space for everyone including a spa. The room we stayed in was adequate for 2 adults and 2 kids and included everything we needed. The location was great and is walking distance to the whole of surfers paradise including the beach.

Good location just outside the heart of surfers paradise but still very much in the thick of it. Rooms were dated in need of refurbishment. Staff were nice enough but the facilities left a fair bit to be desired. Good budget option with a good location. My main issue with the price was the $200 room deposit. Walking distance to the tram and local shops and restaurants.

We stayed in the hotel just for 3 days. We checked in late around 11pm @night and the manager was really good. He was not there but he assisted us to get our key from the safe and find our room via text. That was really nice of him. But when we went inside room every furniture was really old. When we tried to open the cupboard door it almost felt like it was gonna come out. We slept in the bed for 2 days only to find out the 3rd day, our check out day to find bedbugs in the bed mattress. The only thing that was nice about that room was the view. We had a river facing room overlooking the swimming pool. In this price i think you can find a better hotel than this.

Loved our stay here. Conveniently positioned 4 mins away from the main street and beach is close too. Facilities were outstanding for the price. Great balcony beds were comfortable enough and great wardrobe space. Plenty room to have visitors over. Cleaning could be of a higher standard but was reasonable for the price. Would totally recommend for price location and facilities.
