This hotel is not worth the price we paid, yes the pool is great and perfect for kids however the rooms are very dated. I had to request a deep clean of our apartment as it was very dirty when we arrived, dirty pillows, stains in carpet and things on walls that should be in tissues. You can tell they use this hotel for schoolies and the rooms just get trashed. Reception were helpful in getting the clean and the location was good. There is a funny smell in the lobby as well as the hallways outside our room - even this kids commented. For something we paid over $700 a night for we were not impressed. This hotel needs a big upgrade.

Just returned from an amazing stay at Crown Towers. From check in to check out everything was great. Thank you to the friendly staff who went above and beyond with recommendations and help with keys. The 1 bedroom apartment I stayed in was fully furnished and had everything I needed for a comfortable 5 night stay. It was fresh and clean and well maintained. I enjoyed my stay so much I won't stay anywhere else in Surfers now. It's located centrally, but not right in the main town centre so you don't feel like you are within the hustle and bustle. Walking distance to everything or public transport. Thank you Mantra Crown Towers see you in June!

Don’t waste your money, it isn’t worth it! The location, pools and Thai restaurant were excellent, however the accommodation and service was less than impressive and we won’t be staying here again. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was very rundown and outdated. It was extremely dirty, there was mould throughout both bathrooms, the bed linen and all of the plates and glasses were dirty and the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed. Additionally, the TVs didn’t work. The staff were unhelpful when we raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room and didn’t provide full and accurate information during check in/out. We were disappointed there wasn’t a restaurant attached offering breakfast and room service, it would definitely add appeal. The staff at the pool cafe were fantastic - friendly, helpful and efficient. It is a cash only cafe which was pretty annoying given we live in a cashless society, it’d be awesome if they got an eftpos square.

Great place to stay, pool facility was excellent for our kids and the views from apartments is beautiful. Room cleanliness could have been improved with some general cleaning of marks on walls/couches/carpet. Staff on the front desk were fantastic at every interaction- enabled us to use the pools while waiting for our rooms to be ready, gave good local advice and even found a pool toy left behind that the kids enjoyed playing with. Would definitely stay here again.
