I recently had the pleasure of staying at BreakFree Imperial Surf Surfers Paradise for three nights and had an incredible experience. The view from the hotel was absolutely amazing, with stunning panoramic views of the ocean. The swimming pool and sauna facilities were excellent, providing the perfect way to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the area. I also took advantage of the spa facilities, which were top-notch and left me feeling rejuvenated. I would like to give a special shout-out to the staff member, Paris, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Paris helped me change rooms so that I could have an absolute sea view, which truly made my stay memorable. The level of customer service I received from Paris and the rest of the staff was exceptional, and I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and hospitality. Overall, I highly recommend BreakFree Imperial Surf Surfers Paradise to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. The combination of the stunning views, excellent facilities, and outstanding customer service makes it a top choice for accommodation in the area.

Loved it here. We were on the third floor, and it was perfect for my family with 3 kids. The apartment was updated, which was fantastic, but the wifi was a pain to use. We used our hot spot for kids tablets, less headaches. A fair few renovations were going on around the hotel, but it didn't affect us at all. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The clean 8 days on wasn't really a clean. We were instructed to have personal belongings off the floor for sweep and tidy, but i didn't see anything like that. With 3 kids, it would've been a waste. So, it's not a big deal. We did get fresh linen, so that was nice, and I appreciate that Everything within walking distance, what more could you want. Great spot. I can't wait to come back.

Not impressed…. No bedding for fold out sofa when returning after 10pm, even after calling them to get some they didn’t bring any pillows or blankets ,but I guess we should be grateful they at least gave us two sheets , no coffee or milk when returning after a long day out … wouldn’t stay here again and definitely the least favourite of my travels ., the lagoon suite is nice enough and the breakfast was amazing the little glasses of iced tea at check in is lovely but this place really lacks in services and the small things that make a great stay. I’ve had much better stays in 4 stars compared to this “Luxury Hotel”.

We stayed 3 nights and it had ups and downs. First off, the view was fantastic and the room had this really nice Mediterranean vibe to it, which we really liked. However, we weren't given the WiFi upon arrival, so we didn't have WiFi for our first night as reception had closed after we grabbed the keys from them. The following day, the TV went out. We asked an older receptionist what we should do and she virtually ignored our problem and kept photocopying. How helpful. However, the younger receptionist on the other shifts was very helpful with any requests we had. It was just embarrassing to be brushed off by the staff so early on in our stay. Created bad vibes. The biggest red flag was the air conditioning a floor below us (floor 29) as someone placed a tray under it that collects water, and every 10 minutes or so, it made a horrendous sound as it spat out the water over the balcony with force. Not exactly the scenic vibe I was after. Never stops either. Overall, there is a range of things that will need improving before we would consider returning.

Great views and great size of apartment, however..... not very clean(rubbish left in corner of bathroom floor) carpets are dirty. Hallway to lift carpet and walls filthy and smelly. Very old and rundown. Does have everything u need tho, except toilet paper, was no toilet paper in bathroom Bathroom could do with a good scrub. Otherwise great location and views.
