Great ocean front view. Employees are very nice. Rooms could be a little cleaner. Pool was locked,could not use it. Just wanted to sit at it not get in. Sad the bar & restaurant is no longer open.... Outside grounds not well kept. All in all great location so would stay there again . Good price for off season & pet friendly. No beach or boardwalk til October 1 for dogs

We had such a great time. Being able to bring your dog with you is the best part. The location is amazing and perfect, too. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. I'll definitely stay there again!

Rooms were a tad outdated with remnants of what I assumed were broken hooks. Toilet and tub faucet ran/dripped and safe did not work - but I did not address this with staff. 24 hour front desk accommodated our 11:30pm check in. The beach front hotel was affordable and accommodating - allowing pets for additional fees. Easy access to boardwalk with plenty of food options closeby and quick access to the beach. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Definitely recommend to have comfort and basic amenities without breaking the bank - saved us money on the room to have more to spend elsewhere since we were barely in the room anyway!

Very disappointed in what our room turned out to be for the price we paid. Many things were wrong with the room - bathroom fan never shut off, bathroom door would not close, bed headboard fell off the wall several times, air conditioner was super loud, disgusting dirt and grime all around the jacuzzi, lock for patio door was rusted and non-existent, several lights did not work because there were NO available outlets so the lamps were for show, dresser draw was broke and could not close, bathroom sink was clogged from day 1. Only thing that was good about this place was the location.
