Rooms and restaurant basic, location to airport is excellent. On last evening there we discovered pool, which was a lovely area.would definitely be a lovely place to cool down. Service is good. Food expensive for what you receive. Wee shop next door handy and the lady owner is lovely. There is a fridge in the room, so buying milk at the shop is recommended. When visiting Vietnam, we recommend bringing your own tea bags and sugar.

The hotel has a great location beside the airport if you have an early flight. The room was good, but the staff were incredibly rude. We arrived late, so so ordered food in the restaurant. The food isn’t made there, the have it delivered. Our burgers arrived after an hour. They were cold, tasteless and miniature. When I complained the manager was rude, hostile and tried to be intimidating. The staff should have made it clear that the food wasn’t cooked on the premises. They didn’t tell us. My main complaint isn’t with the quality of the food. It’s with the terrible attitude and arrogance of the manager on duty.

Really can't fault Paragon with it costing what it does and its convenience in proximity to the airport. The food from the kitchen was nice, the room has exactly what you need, and the 5 minute ride/drive to thr airport is perfect. The cleaning lady sparked up an interesting conversation about her journey to Buddhism and becoming a Monk, which I thoroughly enjoyed, so that was a pleasant surprise, very friendly lady.
